D-SUB zinc alloy A-type shell
Product Description
The D-SUB zinc alloy A-type shell connector by yztech is a high-end industrial solution combining strength and stability. As a flagship of D-Sub Connectors, its zinc alloy A-type shell (die-cast, nickel-plated) offers 200MPa tensile strength, resisting vibration and impact for aerospace and heavy machinery. With solder type D-sub terminals and precision d sub solder cup technology, it achieves molecular bonding, <8mΩ contact resistance for 15A current and high-frequency signals, lasting 12,000+ cycles.

The A-type shell’s anti-misinsertion design ensures precise mating, compatible with Solder Cup D-Sub Connector standards. Zinc alloy provides excellent EMI shielding (>60dB) and heat dissipation, operating at -55℃~125℃. Gold-plated terminals enhance oxidation resistance 3x, pairing with wire-to-wire D-sub for fully shielded systems. Whether for multi-signal transmission in high-speed rail controls or extreme environment connections in oil exploration equipment, this connector sets a performance benchmark in D-sub solder connector field with military-grade standards.
