The white housing of tough LCP (UL94 V0 certified) operates at -40℃~125℃, ideal for new energy vehicles and industrial control. Supporting board to wire connector and wire to board connector 2 pin configurations, gold-plated phosphor bronze terminals ensure <8mΩ contact resistance for 15A current and high-speed signals.
 
The modular design of WAFER XHD2.5 adapts to wire to board edge connector edge mounting, precisely matching PCB edge pads, and integrates idc wire to board connector insulation displacement technology for <5s per-hole crimping without stripping, boosting production efficiency. Its anti-misinsertion design is compatible with Wire-to-Board Header stacking standards, supporting multi-level vertical/horizontal stacking up to 64 pins. Whether for high-density power modules or smart device wiring, this white connector stands out with excellent electrical and mechanical stability in wire-to-board connections.
