The 0.3mm FPC socket connector by yztech is a core component for high-density flexible circuit board connections. As a precision model in FPC Connector series, its 0.3mm pitch is designed for efficient interconnection between ultra-thin FPC and PCB, precisely matching Flexible Flat Cable Connector for miniaturized needs in consumer electronics and medical devices. The FPC Connector housing of high-strength LCP (UL94 V0 certified) withstands 260℃ for reflow soldering, resisting bending and wear.
 
With high-precision phosphor bronze terminals gold-plated (3μm thickness), it ensures <15mΩ contact resistance for 0.5A current and 10Gbps signal transmission (5,000+ plug cycles). The flip-lock ZIF design allows easy insertion and secure connection, with ±0.03mm positioning tolerance for automated SMT. As a complement to FFC Connector, the 0.3mm pitch accommodates more lines for higher integration, ideal for smartphone camera modules and wearable flexible screens.
